This is a  very heartfelt story only because the plot of the story is super realistic and it really goes deep into your emotional core. Starts out with and average guy named Tomoya, from a small town that came from a poor family household. Due to the poor living conditions he is not  the most open guy and his grades aren't that great leading people to think of him as a delinquent type student. In his last year of school he meets a girl named Nagisa who shakes his world. He starts to become friends with her and eventually develop feeling for her. He ends up experiencing new things with her and making new female friends that all start to develop feeling for him. Although he receives all this attention he stays faithful and continues his pursuit of Nagisa. The story goes further into their relationship and the hardships that they are about to and will face as time proceeds.  The story is really bittersweet because it hits really dark parts of a students life that are very relatable which is why you build a really close connection to all the characters in the show. Each character offers their own unique view on life as a high school student which is what makes this story so engaging. The art is decent although it takes some getting used to as most of the characters look similar like in: Higurashi, Soul link etc. The music was OK although n one of my favorite anime singers are incorporated into the anime. The story-line is really well thought out if you account for the plot and the build up. I recommend this anime to anyone looking for a serious and meaningful story as this one really is what in modern days is referred to as a "tear-jerker".
